Hello,

I have multiple forms and would like to automatically redirect users to a specific URL after they submit the form, and include the submitted data in the URL. Doing this manually for each form is time-consuming, so I'm wondering if there is an API available to modify or update the submission message. I have searched through the documentation, but have not found any suggestions on how to do this.
