Login to your Formstack Administration account by visiting https://admin.formstack.com/
On the left locate Personal Access Tokens page.
Select "Generate token" to create a new token. Fill in the name, description and optionally specify an expiry time.
The token generated there will be used in the "Authorization: Bearer <your_token_here>" header.
