We provide [free tracking of dachser parcel online][https://letracking.com/dachser-tracking/] on our website. Users enter tracking number and then they got info about their shipment. I want to integrate form with formstack. What i want is when user enter tracking number currently it does not save in website but i want to save to for record. Is that possible using formstack?

Thanks in advance - I am embedding a form into an existing application and need a way to associate our internal user id to a submission/presubmission so that I can pull the submission data out via the api and associate it back to the user in our system. After reviewing the documentation, it looks like I would need to create a pre-submission + add a hidden field to the form that contains the users id. Is this the best way to accomplish my desired outcome? Thanks!

Good day, I'm able to get all the submissions on a form. it will return 25 submissions and that is alright but I'm just not sure why the total at the bottom of the json response says I have a total of 30 submissions. Thank you, Simon

Hello, I unfortunately have had a really rough time with Formstack admin being able to answer my questions, so I'm hoping someone here has the answers. I have a form, with three attachment slots, to streamline receipts for real estate projects. I have my files going into a designated folder in google drive, but as we have multiple projects, I was previously using Wufoo and Zapier to bring attachments into the folders they needed to go on for each different project, reading the drop down menu from my form. Unfortunately, Zapier cannot read the attachments as the PDF, PNG, or JPGs that are shown in google drive, as well as it cannot locate them since Formstack has a wonky way of default names on the attachments. For example: Zapier can look for a file based on a field submitted in the form such as the address, which would look like 123 Main St, Maintown, GA 30310 But Formstack uploads the file with 123MainStMaintownGA30310, and therefore it it showing an error. This is causing SO many issues for us and how we had everything streamlined. We only switched to Formstack for the user interface customization that Wufoo cannot offer, but I am very much considering switching back if there isn't a solution for this. I have a hard time believing no other customers have needed something similar. I've never had these issues with any other form solution. Wufoo was extremely easy to navigate with this and we never had any issues.

In my form I have two date fields. Date field 1 ('Date current') represents the current date. I want to add 20 working days (also excluding public holidays according to Western Australian Calendar) to the date field 2 ('Date new'). Can anyone suggest a fix? Without coding I can only add 20 calendar days as below, but it's not the fix I am after. 

We tried to query submission/form/formid for getting the email from a particular submission , but emails having plus symbol in it for example [email protected] doesnot return anything , but lets say if the mail id is [email protected] the query returns.
